I’ve been babysitting on and off for about three years for family, friends and within my own extended family. There are a lot of little kids in my family, so I’ve always been the one to help out and spend time with them. Most of my experience has been with younger kids and school-aged children keeping them entertained, helping with homework, and making sure they’re well taken care of.

Some activities I enjoy doing with children include playing outside, going for walks, and doing arts and crafts. I love reading with kids, helping with homework, and coming up with creative games to keep them engaged. I also enjoy simple activities like baking, board games, or going to the park. Anything that keeps them active, learning, and having fun!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, supportive, and positive environment where kids feel cared for and comfortable. It’s not just about watching them, but also about building trust, being patient, and making sure they’re having fun while learning and growing. At the same time, it’s important to communicate well with parents so they feel confident their children are in good hands :)
