I live in a family with 6 girls, I’m the second oldest so I have grown up helping care for them and babysitting them. I also have been babysitting since I was 12, and I was a part time nanny at 15.

The most important part about being a nanny to me, is the opportunity to make a positive, lasting impact on children’s lives while also building a meaningful relationship with the families I get work with! It’s so important to me to create a safe, nurturing environment where children can grow and develop, not just physically, but emotionally and intellectually also. I find it so fulfilling knowing that I get to help shape young minds, offering support and guidance.
My experience with special needs children...
I have been born and raised with another family, our closest family friends that we pretty much just consider family of our own- and their youngest who is now 4 has special needs and I have experience babysitting him and seeing him all the time and I’ve learned how to work with special need kids. I have also taken classes at school, being with the special ed kids.
