I have two foster sisters with Downs Syndrome, so I have experience there. I also have lots of experience with children with Autism.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was helping 2 kids create VERY last minute elementary school projects (leprechaun traps) and both of them won gold medals! I still have a hot glue scar and green glitter embedded into the carpet of my car 2 years later! We had so much fun creating and laughing together!
