I first started over 20 years ago as a nanny in California. 2 brothers, a 2 year okd & a 3 months old baby. ( same family). I cared for special needs. Non verbal, with mental/physical disabilities I have cared for chil and adults in group homes.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I'm very athletic, so any physical sport, volley ball, baseball, football, soccer, basketball, drawing, writing stories, table/board games, dancing, sing along. etcetera

Is to remember you are there to help make things much easier and convenient for the family. Via cooking cleaning, getting children ready, run an errand etc...

I have over 10 experience with energy filled, non verbal, and light level aggression and even some extreme aggression.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My most favorite nanny moment was in California, where the baby was so quickly attached to me, that the real mom had to bring her newborn to me in order for him to stop crying/relax.. She/Mom's would ringvher newborn to me, and say, "here's your baby." Not trying to take moms place, (because I can't), it just meant that the baby was very comfortable with me which was a nice feeling as a nanny. That was my favorite moment.
