I have previously been a nanny for a family that had five kids under ten, and traveled with them for their family vacations. Additionally, I have done babysitting here and there for multiple other families. I also was briefly the interim Children's Ministry head at Chapel Hill United Methodist.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I really love crafts or doing something like cooking. Board games are also one of my favorites, but I am also up for being active!
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is going to the lake with a family I was nannying for and sitting with the younger kids on the boat and laughing while we watch the other kids go tubing and get thrown off. Hearing their giddy laughter is etched in my brain, and it's one of my favorite sounds.
