Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love playing outside or inside with kids! Playing board games or playing tag outside is so much fun with kids. I also love taking them swimming or to the park (if they don't have a play set of their own). I will really do whatever the kids wants to do as long as it is safe!

I think the most important part about being a nanny is the children. You are there for them so making sure they are taken care of, happy, and safe is the most important thing.
My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for a little boy (3 now) that has level 1 Autism and a serious egg allergy. He is high functioning, but has sensory issues and needs to follow a strict routine.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite babysitting moments is whenever one of the moms sent me a picture of her little boy staring out the window waiting for me as soon as he woke up even though I wouldn't be there until later in the evening. And then as soon as I got there and ran up, hugged me, and immediately dragged me to his room to play with him!
