The most important part about being a nanny...
what matters to me is the child’s safety and how they feel. i know that even in younger ages kids can feel like their feelings or what they have to say aren’t valid when they are. i always try my very best to communicate easily with the child and keep them in the best possible mood and feel happy. i always try my best to keep them in the safest environment possible when possible. there are safer places than others but the child’s safety is way more important than my own.
