For me being a nanny it’s not about if you are professional or not but I learn that if you show kids respect and love, and care explaining how things works if they do that or did this. It needs a love of patience because they’re just a kid. Most of the time they don’t know what they’re doing so they need guidance of how kids treated you it will reflect to you. If you have them love with care they will do the same thing.
