One of my favorite moments was helping a shy little student in daycare gain confidence during storytime. Over a few weeks, I encouraged them to read aloud and participate in activities, and seeing their face light up the first time they spoke confidently in front of the group was so rewarding. Moments like that remind me why I love working with children and being part of their growth.
