For starters, childcare has been a huge thing for me since I was in High School. I volunteered as an assistant teacher after school for 3rd grade. Once I graduated, I worked at a Daycare and ran over the Infant room and 2 year old classes. While still having a job at the daycare center, I babysat on the weekends. Recently, I worked as a TA at a private school in Houston. Helping and assisting my class of 3-4 year olds.

My experience with special needs children...
I volunteered at an organization in New Orleans called Butterfly Effects. I worked closely with children with Autism and learned so much. I assisted the teacher with the kids and brought my strong skills to learn more about them.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite Nanny moment so far has to be, seeing my students wear the costumes I made for their first Christmas play! They were dressed up as sheep and sang their little hearts out! It was so special and beautiful, something that I will forever cherish.
