I also watch my mom’s friend’s 2 year-old, making sure he’s safe, happy, and entertained with fun activities. While watching kids, I help with small things around the house, like tidying up or preparing snacks. I really enjoy spending time with children and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for while their parents are away.

I like doing all sorts of fun things with kids, like reading books, coloring or doing crafts, playing with toys, building with blocks, and going outside to play or take walks. I also like singing songs, playing simple games, and helping with snacks or little activities that keep them happy and busy.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One time I was babysitting my mom’s friend’s 2 year old and gave him a little snack. He looked at me really seriously and said No I want more snack then dumped the whole bowl on the floor and ran away laughing. I couldn’t stop laughing either he thought it was the funniest thing ever. Stuff like that always makes babysitting so unpredictable and fun.
