Helping with homework 📚 and a science project brought tears to a young boys eyes when I was leaving for the day. He fought so hard not to cry. I respected his reaction and did not acknowledge the water 💦 in his eyes which was about to spill-out on his cheeks. I smiled and said, “Let me know how the teacher likes it, and I’ll be back tomorrow.” I will never forget this display of love. He is nineteen and manager of a food store, and he is still my buddy.
