Besides raising 4 kids who each have extremely different personalities I have also worked as a substitute teacher for Manatee County in Florida as well as 2 years of daycare experience.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love trying any kind of fun and educational activities including: helping with homework, games, puzzles and reading, arts and crafts, music, preparing healthy and delicious meals and snacks, as well as just listening. When the weather allows it's wonderful to play outside getting plenty of fresh air and sunshine whether it's sports, gardening, walks to the local playground, and maybe even trips to the beach and museums!

My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with children and adolescents that struggle with ADHD or have been diagnosed within the autistic spectrum. I have a very calming demeanor and take special care as to not overwhelm a child and strive to create a quiet, peaceful, nurturing environment.
