I am a CPR-certified, trilingual (fluent in Spanish and French), Montessori-trained Primary Guide (3 to 6 year olds), and quadruple-certified Children’s Yoga Therapy Practitioner for babies and children (specializing in working with children that have Autism). I possess 5 years + over 600 hours of experience developing developmentally-appropriate, child-focused activities (both indoors and outdoors) for children of all abilities (ages 2 to 13). I am also a certified yoga therapist for babies with Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Microcephaly, Autism and other developmental disabilities.

I have 7 years of experience and hold two certifications as a Therapeutic Yoga Practitioner for children (ages 3 to 12) with Autism and Down Syndrome. I have pioneered therapeutic yoga programs for non-profit organizations and children’s hospitals.
