My name is Ronda Black. I was a babysitter for three amazing little girls, but their mom started to work from home. So, I am on the search to find another loving and friendly family to be apart of! I am still in high school, but I don't have to go. I am all done with high school work, so I will go into college next year as a sophomore. I play basketball, run track, and cheer. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been a VBS teacher for my local churches every summer since I was in high school.

I was a basketball trainer for kids in the summer of 2019.

I was a math tutor last semester to junior high.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I was a teacher's assistant in pe last semester so I loved playing games with the kids and running around with them.

When I babysat last summer I loved when it was nap time and they wanted to cuddle.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important part is the relationship. Every time I see the girls I babysat they want me to come over and play with them or they wrap around my leg and not let go. I think it is important to get your child a good young role model. They will be able to bound faster and feel more comfortable with someone younger.

My experience with special needs children...

I do not have much experience with special needs children, but I have a few kids in my pe class that are and it just depends on who they are and how you need to react to a certain situation.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The girls I babysat loved to listen to music and dance around the house. That would get them tired enough to go to sleep, and then I would get to finish some schoolwork or clean up around the house.
