There are many different important aspects and features that come into play when nannying or babysitting. It is not only about the bond and relationship developed with the children, although this is INCREDIBLY important but, about the behavior displayed by myself. For example, how a nanny, speaks, behaves, and acts around the children. As a nanny or babysitter you take part in the development of a child. I think that this is extremely important! Though a nanny or babysitter could never replicate the place of a father or mother, it is very important that we display our up-most best behavior. So that the children may grow into kind and compassionate people.
