"I found Ronnie on care.com, she came for an interview and the second she sat down, my son (3 at the time) was immediately drawn to her. He has high functioning autism spectrum disorder, Ronnie started singing for him and that was it, hes obsessed with music. He essentially picked her for me. She proceeded to tell me she was a music therapist which was exactly what my son needed. We hired her a day later. She would always send me videos while she was taking care of my son while they were laughing hysterically and belting out a song. She never had the TV on, she always kept him entertained with other things. She was always on time and would go over and beyond by cooking and cleaning if she felt it needed to be done. I suffer from migraines, she did alot of on call work for us and was always there no matter how long the day. I would definently recommend Ronnie to any family that wants someone who loves and treats their child like he/she is their own."
