A little bit about me

I am born and raised in the Swansboro area and I am a soon-to-be retired special education teacher. I'd like a full time job being a nanny. I have a love for all children of all ages and abilities but I'm also dependable, hard working, punctual and easy to work with. I have one daughter who is 14 and a rising 9th grader. I am an elementary education NC certified teacher (K-6) and I am also a special education certified teacher (K-12). I'm proficient and skilled in teaching children how to read, write and do solve math problems (up to grade 9). I have excellent references to share upon request. I was a nanny for two boys when I was in my mid-twenties. I had so much fun with them. They were in 1st and 2nd grades. We spent so much time together and bonded very well. Now that they are adults, we continue to have a special relationship.
