I would say the most important part to being a nanny for any family is establishing a connection with the children and respecting their uniqueness. I love seeing the growth in children and delivering news about our days to the parents and if any issues arise then brainstorming together to come to a solution that works best for everyone.

One of my favorite moments with the kids was when I used to just babysit the kids would just want to just come and talk to me and tell me about their day and what was happening with them. I loved that I had gained their respect and trust that they would seek me out for help.
