Encouraging intellectual, emotional, and social development through age-appropriate activities and educational play. Being adaptable and flexible. Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children is paramount. Encouraging age-appropriate independence. All children learn differently and it is so vital for me as a nanny to come down to their level so that I may understand what they need or what they are going through. Patience is a virtue!!
