Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
My experience comes from consistently being a regular nanny for a family who had two children! I began babysitting for my previous family when the children were 2 and 4 and stopped when they aged 4 and 6 because of them relocating to Vegas. It’s from this prior experience I have decided to pursue a career in nannying because of my love for children and my success when it comes to building authentic, and benevolent relationships with children! I also have a long history of babysitting a variety and number of different children, ranging from all different situations and ages!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Some activities that I enjoy doing with children revolve mainly around outdoor activities! However I don’t mind spending some cozy and constructive time inside! When it comes to outdoor activities I love taking children on fun, little hiking adventures! I adore swimming and taking children to fun parks around town! I also love crafting with children and love exploring children’s creativity with them! Some creative activities may include, painting, drawing, playing with clay, and other creative fun ideas! I also think it’s very significant to implement real life skills into a child’s play! For example introducing cooking and organizational skills into their imagination is very important! I love reading to and with children as well!

The most important part about being a nanny is establishing a healthy, trusting, and transparent relationship with the family as a whole, making sure the needs of the children are being met as well as introducing fun and various types of education into the child’s life in a way that aligns with the values the parents possess for their children!

My favorite nanny moment was when I was nannying for a 2 year old little girl, she would call me RyRy, I remember one day I was walking through the door and she yelled to her parents “RyRys home! RyRys home!” this moment really revealed to me just how significant my role was as a nanny and nearly brought me to tears.
