I did volunteer at mu old church were I was a teacher in the toddler and baby rooms, just taking care of them. providing snacks, water, toys and lessons. I also have been watching my best friend son who is almost two. taking him out to the park, doing nap time, food, toys and more.

I like to go outdoors with kids like for walks or the playground. I also like playing with their toys with them and just get to move around and have fun!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I would say that some of the most important parts of being a nanny is being able to have a connection with the kids were they are comfortable and they feel safe, since they would be with me during the day. also having patience. being communicating with the parents while they are away like to give them updates if need be
My experience with special needs children...
I haven't really cared one on one with a special needs child. but at my church that I would volunteer at, there these two boys who had adhd and I can't remember the other one. but they would need a little more attention, so when they came two of us would be with them during the class and to make sure they are okay.
The most important part about being a nanny...
one is with my best friends son. when I would take him out for a drive to calm him down. once he was more clam he likes to do this thing with his tongue and make funny noises and we would just go back and forth haha. another one is when I was volunteering at my church the toddlers were always so happy. there was one time where one did not want to leave my side which I felt like that was so important as she felt safe with me
