More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have experience working in daycare at the National Fitness Center, caring for children of all ages. While I loved the energy and variety, I’m now looking for a position where I can build a deeper connection with children and focus on a more consistent age group.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love engaging children in fun and creative activities like arts and crafts, outdoor play, reading stories, and games. I also enjoy planning activities that encourage imagination, problem-solving, and physical activity, such as building forts, scavenger hunts, or simple science experiments. My goal is always to keep kids entertained while helping them learn and grow!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is making sure the kids feel safe, loved, and cared for. It’s about building trust with the family, being there for the kids, and helping them grow and learn in a fun and supportive way. At the end of the day, it’s all about making a positive difference in their lives, and helping mom and dad out as much as possible!
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience working with special needs children both personally and professionally. Having special needs children in my family has given me a deep understanding and patience, while my time in childcare has allowed me to develop skills to support their unique needs. I’m committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was when I was helping a little boy learn to tie his shoes. He had been struggling with it for weeks and was so determined to get it right. We practiced every day, and one afternoon, he finally did it all on his own! He was so proud of himself that he ran around showing everyone his perfectly tied shoes. Seeing his excitement and knowing I helped him accomplish something so meaningful was such a rewarding moment for me.
