I think the most important part of being a nanny is how much kids help us young adults develop as people. As someone leaving teenage hood and transitioning into adulthood, nannying helps me keep in touch with my childhood self and reminds me that growing up fast isn’t so ideal. It’s nice to enjoy simple moments and the innocence of children reminds us to continue this habit.
