A little bit about me

I am in my mid 50's been taking care of children since I was 8 years old (mainly family) . I have taught all ages of Sunday School and I used to work for our Christian schools in Arizona. I did in house baby sitting while I lived in Sierra Vista Arizona for children (newborn to 16yrs) mostly for military families and close friends and church members. It is a military town so there were a lot of turnovers due to transferring to other states(the parents). I am a mom of a 26yr old who's currently enrolled in college, so I don't have any small children of my own.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part is to see how through the years if you're blessed to is to see how the child(ren) you cared for grow up right before your eyes. I was blessed to have 1 child I would have loved to have had more but not in God's plan but I am grateful for the love God has given me to love CHILDREN

The most important part about being a nanny...

Wow there's so many of them. I guess I would have to say I use to keep a little girl that was 3yrs old and she would be dropped off by her grandmother, she would have so much fun at my house that she tried to put her grandma out and rush her to leave and right before I moved from Arizona to Colorado Springs I was babysitting a 2year old that told her mom while she was at home "she didn't want water, she'll just wait until she gets to the babysitters and get Kool-Aid the next morning!" I've had my share of some children with GREAT PERSONALITIES. 😆
