I’m very intentional about screen time with children, ensuring not too much time- if any - is allocated to it.

The most important part about being a nanny is understanding that every child requires different things. Not one child is the same as another which means how you care for children might look a little different. Nonetheless, keeping compassion, and patience at the forefront is key.
