My experience with special needs children...
I have a sister with special needs .she cannot use the left side of her brain which causes her not able to speak or do normal activities as others .but because she's my sister I could take care of her understand her. but I am not qualified or certified to work with special needs children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moments is always seeing that the child or children are smiling and happy. Seeing a child learning something for the first time like playing a game riding a bike sliding down a slide and they love being with the person who's taking care of them
