More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I nannied a little girl for four years. I was live in and cooked, organized, and some light house keeping.
We went to summer camps, participated in sports, and school activities. I have no problem being full service care.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
We are outside as much as possible! Weather permitting, we take two walks a day and most of our activities are outdoors if possible.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Communication! First and foremost the parents have say. Especially in the beginning, open dialogue is so important so I can understand how YOU want your children raised.
I come from a corporate role, so I can provide daily reports of what we did.
My experience with special needs children...
None directly. My mother was a special needs teacher so I have exposure but no experience.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I saw a little girl through her parents’ divorce, and being able to be that additional support for her was a blessing.
