I use to go to, The Boys And Girls Club and volunteer to watch all different types of age groups. I also, use to take care of three different family's with 2 and three children a piece before I moved to NY from Florida.

What matters most to me about being a nanny is, knowing that I am responsible for the children I am watching and making sure they are safe. I love kids!!
My experience with special needs children...
My cousin was mentally handicapped. I use to play and run around with him all of the time. I also studied his mental illness and learned different techniques with him. This way, he didn't get so upset when things didn't go his way. I also learned games that would help him understand things easier.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment is when the kids give me a hug and tell me thank you for whatever I helped them to achieve. Whether, it be home a work or a play.
