I have worked with autistic children with a variety of support needs, hard of hearing children, kids with adhd, dyslexia, and other learning disabilities. This is from my time working at a daycare, a swim school, and through my education program. I also have experience from my friends children and my relatives.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Is when a kid runs up and is excited to tell me about something that they have accomplished. Whether it's something like a drawing they made or a grade from school, I love seeing how excited and proud they are of themselves.
