I currently help babysit my baby cousin whenever it’s needed and have had experience caring for a few other cousins and children in the past.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Outdoors: chalk (if parents allow), depending on the weather would be water activities. A local park (or park parent likes better). Plus so many other activities.
Indoor: read books, play with toys, build forts (if parent agrees), watch movies, and I even like to let the children make up a game that we could play. Of course I’d make sure it’s okay to play but I love to have their imagination wonder and design games of their own.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Seeing a child happy and having fun is the best sight to see. To see a child thrive in what they love and make memories that they will cherish forever. It warms my heart. Most of all knowing the child feels safe with you is such an honor.
