Honestly I love doing the upbeat activities with children they usually love it I also incorporate learning activities with it for the younger kids 1-4. I like baking with older kids 7-15 kids or sometimes just going with the flow.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part is respecting the parents wishes always. Parents enforce their rules and boundaries sometimes it’s cold to be the nice nanny but being the nice nanny is making sure they do what they’re supposed to do before having fun as I feel like that’s teaching them and getting them in the grasp of responsibilities. I also think it’s important the kids feel comfortable always as they’ll be experiencing new emotions and experiences everyday!
My experience with special needs children...
I have cared for children with autism and adhd it helps me learn more about it I know everyone with it can be different.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Well some kids hear nanny and think I’m in my late 20s or early 30s and they are always shock. One of the little girls said to me “omg you aren’t so ancient after all”. I literally almost died of laughter.
