My experience with special needs children...
Not necessarily that I have experienced with babysitting special needs children but I have the patience and understanding of what to learn to care for them. I was born with sensineural hearing loss and wear hearing aids so I feel like I can very little relate to those of special needs.

My favorite nanny moment is the stage where the shy child quickly becomes comfortable with me and see me as their best friend. I want to be an older sister to all the kids I babysit and create a lifelong relationship if possible
