More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

Was a full time nanny [phone number hidden], then again 2025-current. I have raised my almost 17 year old completely alone, also helped to raise my 22 and 20 year old nephews. I am the primary caregiver for my 4-year old L2 nonverbal ASD niece, I have Nannied in some capacity for over 15-20 families in the Metro Detroit area in the last 20 years.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Anything from puzzles and reading to crafts, slime, Barbie’s, Lego’s, building blocks, sensory friendly, fine gross motor development, dance parties, painting, coloring, park, gymnastics, movies, loom bracelets, card/board games, fishing, sky zone. I’m very very open when it comes to activities I have zero problem adapting to the families preferences. :)

The most important part about being a nanny...

Truly being another member of the family. Watching the children flourish with my help, my guidance, my support and unconditional love. I truly want the parents to know their children will always and forever be safe with me, taken care of by me, given education and direction with me, and that I’m always always always going to adore being able to spend those moments with their child/children. It’s a passion and I genuinely love it with every action that I do. I pour my heart into them and will always be an asset in their lives. ❤️

My experience with special needs children...

I’ve cared for Level 1-3 ASD from non verbal to verbal and functional with cognitive delays, to speech issues and help with daily living activities, bathroom assistance, medication management, redirection for anger outbursts, compassion and care with the children based upon families mechanisms will always be priority to me.

The most important part about being a nanny...

When they get excited to see you 🥰🥰🫶🏻, seeing them gain confidence in themselves and growth with my help, being silly and often laughing majority of the time together, protecting them and keeping them safe, and most of all providing everlasting support in any capacity!
