A little bit about me

I have no drivers license, but I have many reliable transportation methods. I started babysitting in Junior High and stopped when I got to High School. I'm currently in my last year of High School and only go Tuesday and Thursday from 12pm-3pm. I have had experience with being a care taker for the elderly, not paid experience, but I know how to help them with basic necessities.
I am able to put my foot down when needed but also help kids have a good, fun day! Their safety is going to be the most important to me and making sure they are comfortable with a nanny/babysitter.
I have fun games and treats and movies that I can bring for them, but I would like to know beforehand what they don't like or what allergies they may have.
I am good with both cats and dogs, I have cats of my own and will make sure have clean clothes in case you or your children are allergic.
I can clean up messes after cats/dogs and am able to take dogs on walks if needed.

I have done volunteer work with kids with autism and the elderly.

With my own nephews, we love to go on short walks with each other and have daily activities like hiding a stuffed animal every time for my mom to find.
Being active is important to me and finding fun things to do like tag, dancing, and other things is something I find kids enjoy a lot.

My cousin has low functioning autism, and he is someone who has created a special bond with me and my siblings.
I have volunteered to watch kids with special needs, but only for people from my mother's church.

The most important part about being a nanny...

When I first started out babysitting, I had written games to do on popsicle sticks and had put them in a bag for the kids to pick out. Only one girl really enjoyed it and had a lot of fun with them all, but she would cheat and try to find a specific stick that had her favorite game on it.
