I love anything fun to do outside of the house. whether it be a trampoline park, picnic, arcade, chalk drawing in the driveway, etc. I’ve been told that I bring out an artistic, playful side of peoples children!!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I feel that being a nanny isn’t about just having a job taking care of kids. It’s about getting to know who they really are. Learning about their hobbies and interests, paying attention to how they react to certain things, and really trying to understand them and their mindsets. I love being able to be someone the kids can trust.
My experience with special needs children...
I haven’t had any experience with special needs children but I’m open to try if you let me!! I’m very patient and eager to learn more about ALL children. Disabled or not☺️
The most important part about being a nanny...
There was one time I was taking care of a little boy named Micah, and we were outside playing when he accidentally stepped on an ant pile. The ants immediately scattered up his leg, in his shoes and socks, and he bursted into tears. He came running to me crying for help and of course I helped him take off his shoes and socks!! after that he gave me a BIG hug and thanked me for helping him. This moment, among others, is what makes me love children and their pure hearts.
