The most important thing about childcare is that the child is being uplifted in a safe and loving environment. These are the children of tomorrow and they should be brought up as such.
My experience with special needs children...
I worked with several children on the autism spectrum as well as children with mild behavioral issues. In addition to working with autistic children. I also spend a lot of time working with my niece who is on the spectrum. She is non-speaking and uses a tablet to communicate which in turn, has made me very fast when it comes to putting small words together.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment with my students was when we created volcanoes and we used baking soda and vinegar to make a lava like reaction. The children loved it and they asked to do it again and again!
