In high school, I was the assistant teacher for the after school program in addition to being a student aide in the preschool at the school. Once I graduated high school, I was a preschool assistant, assistant infant teacher, and lead wobbler teacher at a four star childcare facility in Durham.

I love to do anything hands on with the children. I enjoy doing crafts, playing games, going outside, reading books. I also enjoy snuggling infants and holding them. If the child is older, I love to cook or bake with as there are many life skills that can be learned through this.

There are so many things that are important when being a nanny. One of my top priorities is to keep the children as safe as possible while still letting them explore. In addition, creating the close relationship with the child and the family is just as important.

My favorite nanny moment would have to be taking the child outside. We would sit on a blanket in the grass and play with toys while watching people play in the pool and at the park.
