The most important part about being a nanny is building a genuine relationship with the family. It is important that a nanny isn't seen as someone who just takes care of their kids everyday. Nanny's should build a relationship to become someone the kids actually enjoying spending time with and doing activities with. The kids should be excited to see you everyday.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nannying moment was actually my last day of nannying the 2 kids I took care of, because seeing how sad they were when I left made me realize the strong bond I had made with them and that they enjoyed my presence everyday.
