A little bit about me

I love children! For 7 years I have taught swim lessons full time, but have also tutored and babysat children on the side. My husband and I own our own homestead with a garden, chickens, and dairy goats. My dream is to one day have a milk cow and always hang my laundry outside to dry.
If I were hired to watch your children, I would encourage them to get messy outside, play independently, stay creative and curious, and read lots of books. love to bake, cook, and clean, and you could expect me to do those things and include your child. I also love music! I’m constantly singing, and I play the piano and the ukulele.
I am very experienced with setting clear expectations and boundaries for children, and making sure there are age-appropriate, related consequences when boundaries are broken. This ensures that trust is established between your child and me, and also allows for them to explore freely within the guidelines that I set!
