I have one year of paid experience working for a family that had 2 kids aged 1 and 2, multiple years of unpaid experience watching my 5 nieces and nephews, who currently range in age from 6 months to 5 years, and I have spent the summer nannying for 2 families with kids ranging in age from 5 months to 2 years.
