My name is Sarala and I am 19 years old, a sophomore in college, an eldest sibling, ethnically Indian, and Homeschool educated. I attend Agnes Scott College as a commuter student with my own car. I am also First Aid/CPR/AED certified through the American Red Cross program at my university. Childcare has been a natural component of my upbringing. Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Read-aloud sessions are a personal favorite! I also enjoy board, card, and hand games. Painting, drawing, and crafting with kids is well worth the clean-ups for me. If safe, I love taking walks and burning off some steam outside. Short drives to nearby parks are a wonderful option as well! Of all the activities, however, I find conversing with kids I care for to be the best. Kids are so wise and entertaining, so their perspectives are invaluable. I find that they consistently have a lot to say about things they aren't consulted about. I look forward to talking with them. If TV shows or video games are something they prefer and enjoy, I am always ready to prep a snack, sit down with them, and help them unwind!
