A little bit about me

Hi there, My name is Ormilla Praimnauth.I was born and raised in Guyana, a small country on the Caribbean coast of South America. I moved to New York City in 2012 with my family. Growing up, I loved spending time with my family – movie nights, baking with my mom, reading together, playing cricket with my siblings, going for horse rides with my dad – Thanksgiving and Christmas are my favorite holidays of the year, because I got to spend time with my extended family and what makes it even extra special my birthday is right next to the holidays so my grandparents and I had a tradition where they would take me to get one present and a cake of my choosing. Which was with lots of sprinkles and colors.

My first childcare position was at a preschool and daycare as a teacher, where I cared for 12 children from the ages of 1 to 12 years old. I’m so happy that I got to experience such an amazing and wonderful journey because that’s what makes me so motivated every single day to be perfect nanny
