More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have 6 siblings so I have grown up taking care of children and constantly helping babysit. The last few summers I have babysat for multiple different families.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy allowing the children to have the freedom to pick activities for us to do(within reason). If it is something the children want to do and it is something doable I will always allow them to steer us in whatever direction to keep them happy and entertained throughout the day.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe the most important part is making the experience great for not only the kids but the parents as well. To be able to take some weight off the parents shoulders even if it’s just for a few hours. Parents knowing that their children are in good hands and there is no need to worry is a must.

My experience with special needs children...

My personal experience is that my brother is actually autistic. I have grown up around it and watch how my parents, teachers, and babysitters have helped over the years. I am majoring in child psychology to specialize in the field of autistic children.
