Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I volunteered in my church with the toddler group when I was in middle school, helping with things from changing pull ups to helping make snacks and teaching songs! I also helped to raise my nieces before I moved to Tucson in 2021, and have worked with children in my yoga classes since.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Reading, drawing & painting, I love anything hands-on and engaging the children. Anything they can safely do to help clean or cook is always amazing as long as I have the parent or guardian’s permission to do so. I can snap into playing pretend with any little boy or girl with whatever story they decide to make up that day.

I remember teaching them about some of the lessons brought up in Bluey, including one about grief. It was amazing to see a little girl be able to understand such a big feeling because of a children’s show.
