More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have volunteered at a Muscular Dystrophy camp. It was so much fun because we learned about how it affects each kid. Also, I was able to bond with the kids while helping them have a blast.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I have done Cross County, Track, and other sports such as soccer. I have always loved sports and being outside. I understand how important being active is, so I make it my goal to spend time outside or at least being active. In addition to being active, I love making creative games, or art crafts with your kids. Lastly, I love having a chill part of our day to sit down and read or take naps.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is, taking care of a child’s needs. I understand that kids are different. Some kids need help with more things, when other kids are safe to do things with only being watched. Also, some kids are able to go play in a different room with only me checking in. But other kids can not be left alone because of choking or getting hurt.
My experience with special needs children...
My youngest brother has autism and adhd. I have taken care of him most of my life. Also, my other brother has very bad anger problems, which has lead me to learn how to control. I have had experience with other special needs kids and am willing to learn more on how to best help your children.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One time I was nannying two kids for a week. One day, I walked into the living room and the families 3 year old was folding the laundry. Her doing this was very cute on its own, but before this, she was having a dance party with the clothes. It was adorable because she was having so much fun but then got super excited to fold clothes.
