Hi! My name is Scarlett, and I am a CPR and First Aid certified caregiver with hands-on experience working in a daycare setting, primarily with toddlers. I have experience working as a co-teacher in a day care, taking care of 6-8, 2 year old a day. This has taught me very well how to manage a schedule for children and how to handle behaviors for young children

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I really enjoying age appropriate crafting or art, as it’s always a great way to promote fine motor skills and creativity in general. I also think some parents just enjoy seeing their things their kids have created. I also love doing outdoor play and getting a little messy! Water play or helping to plant something are just a few things I like to do that are educational and fun!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe the most important part of being a nanny is building trust — both with the child and with the parents. Children thrive when they feel safe, understood, and consistent support in their daily routines. Creating that sense of security allows them to learn, explore, and express themselves confidently.

At the same time, I understand that parents are trusting me with what matters most to them. Open communication, reliability, and respecting each family’s values and routines are extremely important to me.
