I have been working in a daycare center with children ages 1-2 years old for the last 6 months, which has provided me with the experience of working with toddlers at such a critical age. I am comfortable with handling the daily activities of the children, such as changing diapers, having snacks, taking naps, and playing, while ensuring that they feel secure and well-cared for. Working with toddlers has also helped me develop my patience, attentiveness, and ability to remain calm during tantrums or when things get hectic.

From my experience, I have come to realize the importance of consistency and structure for toddlers, and I find it rewarding to be a part of their development, whether it is encouraging them to speak their first words, watching them develop confidence as they learn to walk and explore, or modeling positive social interactions.
