The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where children can feel secure, grow, and learn.
Being a nanny isn’t just about watching children—it’s about forming a bond of trust with both the child and their family. It means being dependable, patient, and genuinely caring. Every child is different, so it’s important to understand their unique personality, needs, and routines while providing structure, positive guidance, and emotional support.
For me personally, I also believe in helping children develop good manners, confidence, and communication skills—whether that’s saying “please” and “thank you” or learning basic words in both English and Spanish. It's about being a positive role model and making a meaningful impact during their early years.
