Every child is different, so it’s important to understand their unique personality, needs, and routines while providing structure, positive guidance, and emotional support.
For me personally, I also believe in helping children develop good manners, confidence, and communication skills—whether that’s saying “please” and “thank you” or learning basic words in both English and Spanish. It's about being a positive role model and making a meaningful impact during their early years.
