I have a lot of family and have helped out with a lot of babies and children (mom has 6 siblings) I was a live in nanny for about 6 month and took care of three children. I also took care of my younger sister while my mom worked when she was a few months old up till she was a toddler.

Art projects, exploring topics and hobbies the children like and going further into them, taking them to the park.

Is to make sure the kids are getting their needs met. As well as feeling understood, safe, and cared for while learning with someone they’ve never met before.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience with autistic children on the middle end of the spectrum. When i was a live in nanny the middle child i cared for was autistic and required extra help and behavioral therapy. A couple of my cousins are also autistic as well and i have babysat them many times with little to no complications.
